RTZ*/1.6-QZZC* series pressure regulator
The RTZ*/1.6-QZZC* series pressure regulators are direct-acting pressure regulators. They are suitable for gas pressure regulation systems for residential users and medium-sized commercial users. It features a modular design, including the main valve body, main regulating valve, and shut-off valve. This design offers advantages such as simple structure, easy disassembly, and convenient maintenance. The regulator uses an internal balanced valve structure, which ensures that the outlet pressure is not affected by changes in inlet pressure.

The gas pressure regulating box can be used for pressure regulation in buildings or residential units, meeting the usage requirements of high-rise residential buildings. It can also be used for medium-sized kilns, gas boilers, industrial and mining enterprises, as well as units and institutional cafeterias.
The gas pressure regulating (measuring) cabinet, as a pressure regulation and measuring device for the gas transmission and distribution pipeline network, can provide a stable gas source with regulated pressure for residential communities, commercial users, direct combustion equipment, gas boilers, industrial furnaces, and other combustion devices. The standard is GB27791-2011 "Urban Gas Pressure Regulating Box."
Stainless steel corrugated hose for gas transmission
The stainless steel corrugated hose for gas delivery is made of small diameter annular SUS304 or SUS316L austenitic stainless steel corrugated hose and an outer packaging of PVC flame-retardant plastic. It is a new type of pipeline for indoor natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, and other deliveries. The manufacturing inspection standard for this product is GB/T 26002 "Stainless Steel Corrugated Hose for Gas Delivery."
High, high school, medium-low pressure (measurement) station
Pressure regulating stations and distribution stations are key equipment for natural gas long-distance pipelines entering urban networks. They have functions such as purification, heat exchange, measurement, pressure regulation, distribution, and safety protection. According to user needs, they can be equipped with gas alarm systems, PLC automatic control systems, odorization devices, and optional communication units. The standard is JB/T11491-2013 "Skid-mounted Gas Pressure Reducing Devices."
LNG (liquefied natural gas) is transported by low-temperature tank trucks to the regasification station, where the tank truck's built-in or the regasification station's unloading booster is used to pressurize the tank truck's storage tank. The pressure difference is then utilized to transfer LNG from the tank truck into the LNG storage tank for storage.
The economic range from the CNG pressure regulating station to the gas filling mother station is within 300 kilometers, generally not exceeding 500 kilometers, with a supply scale of 2000-8000 households. A gas supply volume of 10-5000 Nm³/h is appropriate; both too large or too small will increase the unit gas cost. This system has a small investment scale for long-distance pipelines, a short construction period, and quick capital recovery, and can serve as a peak-shaving and backup gas source for the pipeline network in the future.
