LNG (liquefied natural gas) is transported by low-temperature tank trucks to the vaporization station. At the unloading platform, the tank truck's built-in or the vaporization station's unloading booster pressurizes the tank truck's storage tank. The LNG is sent into the LNG storage tank for storage using pressure difference. During vaporization, LNG is pressurized by the storage tank booster and then flows into an ambient temperature vaporizer, where it undergoes a phase change to become gaseous natural gas. In summer, it directly enters the pressure regulation and metering system to be fed into the pipeline network; in winter, it passes through a water bath heater before entering the pressure regulation and metering system, reaching distribution standards before being fed into the pipeline network.

After unloading LNG from the tank truck, there is still some natural gas left in gaseous form. This gas combines with evaporated gas from the storage tank (referred to as B0G) through a B0G heater that exchanges heat with air and is integrated into the system.

With the rapid development of LNG business and in response to some small users' gas demand, installed supply systems are widely used for urban emergency gas sources, backup gas sources, community gas supply, and industrial production gas supply due to their convenience, flexibility, rapid supply, safety, and reliability. They require less investment and occupy a smaller area with shorter construction periods and strong operational flexibility. The equipment uses aluminum profiles for a 'bridge' type connection that is aesthetically pleasing and sturdy. It effectively eliminates pressure caused by thermal expansion and contraction. It is equipped with reheaters to ensure outlet temperature during vaporization and uses special low-temperature profiles with unique surface oxidation resistance treatment to extend service life. This can satisfy investors' interests while promoting the development of the gas industry.
