Key Words
"VICOME" polyethylene (PE) gas pipes are widely used in the field of gas transmission and distribution. They are favored by the majority of gas users for their long service life, excellent corrosion resistance, reliable connection performance and safety performance, as well as low construction and maintenance costs.
According to the different raw material grades, polyethylene gas pipes are divided into two grades: PE80 and PE100; according to the standard size ratio, they are divided into four series: SDR11, SDR17, SDR21 and SDR26. Among them, SDR11 and SDR17 are the preferred series. SDR11 can be used for the transmission and distribution of various gaseous media such as natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas (gaseous) and artificial coal gas. SDR17 is suitable for the transmission and distribution of natural gas. SDR21 and SDR26 are often used for trenchless gas pipeline repair.
Product specifications
The pipe specification range is dn20mm~dn800mm. The pipe supply length is generally 12m, and pipes below dn63mm (inclusive) can be coiled.
Product Appearance
“VICOME” gas PE pipes are generally black (PE80 or PE100), yellow (PE80) or orange (PE100). PE80 black pipes have yellow stripes; PE100 black pipes have orange stripes.
Manufacturing Standards
“VICOME” gas polyethylene (PE) pipes are produced in accordance with GB15558.2. They can also be produced in accordance with ISO4437 or other general standards according to user needs.
